Title: registration of a foreign vintage motorcycle
Post by: toretoro on September 17, 2007, 08:45:26 AM
Buona giornata all,

I am about to move back to the UK and I have a vintage motorcycle which I would like to bring back with me. Although the motorcycle was built in Italy, it is currently registered in a country outside the european comunity.

I thought some of you cold help me to understand whether:

- I can bring the motorcycle back to the UK?

- can I get a registration with DVLA?

- do I need to go through tests given that the make is a european one?

Can anyone help me?

Regards,
Salvatore

Hi,
The following link should help with your enquiry. I haven't done it myself but if the DVLA can't help you then I don't know who can.

Best of luck.
