Title: I have a frame number...but how do I identify the model of my Tiger Cub?
Post by: tyminski on January 10, 2010, 08:23:21 PM
Hi All,

I've owned a Triumph Tiger Cub for about 20 years unfortunately it's spent more than that in several boxes which I've happily carried with me from one house to another. I think its about time I embarked on the journey of restoring it back to its former glory!

I have the majority of parts including the frame, so therefore I have the frame number. I am assuming I can identify the bikes particulars with this e.g. model, year etc?

Is there anywhere (website, business or person) I can contact who will be able to identify the model and year of manufacture?

Many thanks in advance for your help and guidance

Matt

You should get all the information and help you need here : http://www.cubsite.com/Cubs.htm

I expect it would also be worthwhile buying a copy of the Tiger Cub Bible: http://www.vintagebike.co.uk/Shopping/Books/Veloce/TigerCub/Tigercub.htm
