Hi,
I'm restoring a 1933 BSA Blue Star. The problem is that many of the frame pieces I have come from different bikes and getting it all lined up is proving to be a nightmare. In particular, I have two sets of chainstays (lower frame tubes) but all tubes come from different sources. Would someone who has a complete one of these bikes please be able to provide me with dimensions as shown in the attached sketch. This will give me a baseline to start setting everything else up. The 1933 has a brake and drive sprocket on opposite sides of the hub, later models had a combined sprocket/brake setup.
Regards
Pat

Hi Pata, do you have the bushes that fit between gearbox and frame (3pieces) ? also do you have part numbers for the chain stays to see if yours is correct ? I have 34 parts catalogue, same as a 1933. maybe able to help. try me on daves@riverland.net.au
