Title: can anyone tell me what bike this is ?

Hy evrybody! I'm new here . I dream about buying my motorbike and saw one on the street wich fascinated me.
 I would like to know what model it is. and would ask if anybody knows a similar model that you can find spare parts for... i imagine it's hard to find spareparts for such vintage bikes.

 This is Dnepr MT10, engine is MT11/MT10,  font seat is M72, gasoline tank is selfmade, front mudguard is selfmade,  exhaust is Iž49
