Title: What's this, then?
Post by: William_Leece on April 05, 2012, 08:42:03 PM
It's a Norton, obviously, and from looking at the books I'd say early 1930s, as the exhaust seems to be on the left of the bike. But does anyone know exactly?

Picture taken about 1951 and sent to me by the little girl on the tank, who's still into her bikes and was last riding a Kwak GTR1000.

Norton Model 18 (500cc) or Model 19 (600cc) probably? The M 19 being the one normally chosen for sidecar work.

Hi,
The registration plate looks like BDU581 can't it be traced from this?

Cheers
