Hello,
Looking for a petrol tank for a Jawa 500 ohc ( 1952). Anybody have one on the shelf?

I once had an interview with Jawa, however, have you tried the Owner's Club network, or advertised in Classic Racer, is it still going? Or tried an enquiry in the Czech republic?i

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. Not tried with the club yet. I have been offered a petrol tank from Czech Republik or Slovakia but price was far off my budget. I got some traces about the original tank where it was 25 yrs ago but where it ended up is a mystery.

Probably have to go with the Czech option if nothing pops up.

Hi,
Can you not adopt a tank off another machine?

I have a friend in the Jawa Owners Club & some quite exotic stuff comes up in the Club magazine perhaps they would be your best bet!
