Title: Can anyone identify this motorcycle frame?

Hello,

I inherited this frame and wish to know all that I can about what type of motorcycle and year it is/was.
The only numbers I've found on it are 45692-51

Any chance we could see the last photo full size? Might be the best one to identify it from...
