Title: Vintage Motorcycle Helmet

Hi, first time here, can anyone advise please.
I have acquired a vintage Compton Sons & Webb motorcycle helmet with a hand painted "Vincent" logo on the front, it is missing the buckle. I am wondering how old it is & is it collectible?
It is labelled "The Manx"
Can anyone help?

No replies  since August?. It is collectable but not by the people who read this site. Ebay is no good either, you might be offered 99p.
