Title: What kind of bike is this?

Any ideas of what type of motorcycle this is. Either an Indian or Harley? Any help is appreciated.

im guessing pan or knuckle head ? harley ( the clue is on his top )

it's a Panhead. A Knucklehead would have a springer front end.
