Title: Rare Front Marker Light?

Hi Guys. Picked up this light a while back thinking it was off a vintage Harley. After giving it a light clean, it revealed the 'Made In England' mark on the back. No other markings to help identify it. Any idea what it may be off? Thanks in advance. Dan

Lights similar to that used to be fitted to 1940's and 1950's car front wings.

I remember one of these on a sidecar mudguard in the 50s but in the photo I`m sitting on it. Its not Lucas which were better quality than this and my Wipac catalogue starts in 1960 and its not in there.
