Hi I'm looking to register my 63 Butler tempest 32a engined trials bike but have no engine or frame number from that period so wondered if any one could help out by selling either a period log Bol and vin number they don't need or point me in the right direction as to what to do. Not even sure who would/could write a letter of verification for me at this point. Thanks in advance and fingers crossed.
