Title: identifing frame

hello everyone, can you help me identify this frame, I know it started life as a swinging arm frame, the frame number starts 9pt/

cannot help with the frame identity.
That pony is going to be a big boy when he grows up!   ;D

Lol, I hope he has finished growing, he is 188hh and 1/4"  and weighs 912 kg!
