Title: Vintage Rims
Post by: finnwing on June 06, 2007, 04:42:43 PM
Hi,
I am restoring Levis motorcycle year model 1928. Levis wheel rims needs to replace but where to buy new ones?! The rim type is beaded edge and tire size for the rim is 24x21/4"
Is there anybody who knows where to buy those type of rims?

Regards,
finnwing

Yes, the Vintage MotorCycle Club. They have just taken over the vintage tyre and rim service run by Mrs Joyce Cobbing who has retired after providing the service for a long time.
Cheers, Bob

Hi, if you live in the USA (a guess, from the spelling of tire!) contact A.E.McRoberts in Cadillac, Michigan. 231 775 6442 is the latest phone number I have. He has supplied and built beaded edge wheels for some of my US Neracar friends.
