Title: Help... 1971 Triumph Trophy

I have a good friend who has 1971 Triumph Trophy.  It was her dads and he has passed away.  She offered to sell it to me.  I don't want to rip her off and I also don't want to pay more than it is worth.  It runs and is in original condition... not mint at all.
Keeping this in mind, what would be a fair price to give her?  It is a 650cc.
Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks!

As you are US based prices are very different to the UK market, so drop a line to Don at www.triumphman.com or Kevin at www.baxtercycle.com who should be able to help

Thank you.  Even if I don't buy her bike, I just really don't want her to get ripped off.  If I do buy it, I will definately hit up the forum for a source on vintage Triumph gear!
