If you are happy to use Japanese carbs then I suggest that you contact Allens Performance: http://www.allensperformance.co.uk/

Burlen Fuel Systems make new Amal carbs if you want to keep your Bonnie engine 'original'. (www.amalcarb.co.uk). They will build a carb to the exact specs of the original carbs supplied. The chopped monoblocks have been a bit hasslesome on my bike and I would definitely go for 'unchopped(!)' if given the choice although both types of monoblock are about twice as expensive as the equivalent concentrics.
