Title: Raleigh mopeds
Post by: Garth on October 29, 2007, 08:31:02 PM
hi,
I have just stumbled upon an old Raleigh frame, or so I'm told, but I need help identifying it.
The frame number seems to be 12R60021 or 11R60021 or even L2R60021 - please forgive the inaccuracy but the frame is very rusty.
The only identification I have is that it has a distictive petrol tank which marks it out as a RM11 or RM12. How would I know and does the frame number help?

Garth,
you can contact me on zjsagurs(at)ibl.bm, and I can put you in contact with the Raleigh and Reliant Owners Club secretary...they should be able to assist. Also when becoming a member, they have a quarterly newletter, and some spares. They will also be able to put you in contact with other moped owners.
