Hi All, Can anyone help??
I have just bought a 1973 registed Triumph 500 Twin and I am trying to identify her in order to buy the correct spares. The frame number is T100P PH 18962 (the engine is not original 5TA H19217). I do not understand why it is a P at the end of the T100 and not an R,C or T.
Any ideas??
The first thing I am after is a new wiring loom, any suggestion as to the best supplier?
Cheers
Adam

T100P
P = Police (specification)

Adam,
Presumably you are in the UK (it does help to say where you live when asking about spares or services) and there are plenty of suppliers here in the UK, such as:

Adam, Don't worry too much about your 'p' suffix, it just denotes the spec of the bike when it was manufactured. It may have had a fairing and a heavy duty alternator - it doesn't mean it's going to sprout blue flashing lights or start chasing villans... ;) HN
