Can anyone help me find out who made this bike.  I think it is a BSA, Sunbeam, Ariel, or something to that effect.  It has a tank medallion with a W  with the WHITE written above it.  I have no idea who made this bike or even the year.  This is for a friend of mine and I don't have the frame or engine numbers.  However, if someone could tell me where to look, I could most likely get them.  If you need more pictures just let me know.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Top yoke for frame number -base of top end for engine
cant see much but is it a 2 stroke like a Bantam?
