Please help identify this bike. I would like to restore it but don't know where to start. Thank you

Pics are a bit small to make much out.
I'd start by getting some clean engine oil, and gently wiping onto that chrome (?) tank.
Stops the moisture getting into and under the chrome.
Do you have a seat for it ?
Does the engine turn over ?

This even has a disk brake on it, does yours ?

Yes I have the seat for it. Yes the engine does turn over. I have a new clutch for it but other than that I don't know. I don't think it has been started in 20 years. The second pic you sent looks closer but don't know if it has disk brakes will have to check again. And will try to get better pictures. It is my dad's and he believes it was a 60's model.
