The Americans have been grumbling that ebay has demolished a number of categories.
Same thing now seems to have happened in Oz.

They are mostly still all there, but spread all over the place. ?
Change is not always for the better ....

Oddly enough ,when searching for any vintage parts,i came across a 600 Panther motor, and the guy had started it at 99c to avoid charges......anyhoo,as luck would have it,there were no other bids and the greasy lump is now on the back of my ute.....So its not all bad.......but back to Ebay ,whats missing is local (Australian ) items ......there is still plenty of Indian replica stuff, and also UK sourced stuff, with postage charges in the hundreds of pounds.

I set up a search for a bottom-mount headlamp, used, for use on my Indian. Every few days Ebay sends me search results, and every time it's just those cheap sh*tty Chinese LED headlamp things.
Seems like they're intent on improving Ebay until it's no use anymore.

You can always set the search to be only in your own country or even within a specified distance of your location.

I agree much of what is on offer is junk but patience is often rewarded.....
