Japanese Bikes / CB400/4 sprockets help

Can anyone enlighten me as to the number of teeth on the STANDARD sprockets on a '79 400/4 F2 please.

Also I would like to increase the TOP speed rather than ACCELERATION....would that be larger at the front and smaller at the rear?? :-?

Japanese Bikes / CB400/4  Steering Lock

After recently purchasing a steering lock and keys (geniune Honda) through E-Bay and drilling out the old lock for which I didn't have a key, I find the new lock doesn't fit !! :o

The part number for the new one is 53600-230-004
anyone know what that part number would fit as it is totally wrong for the 1979 CB400 F2

Could anyone help with the correct part number please.  to fit the CB400F2.
