Just a thought on that front number plate. I don't know the model in question but that plate seems to have a nasty sharp right angled corner which extends beyond the leading edge of the mudguard.

I would expect the corners to be rounded off on a manufacturer's plate and I don't think that the positioning is correct.

Both the style and position of the plate are in fact absolutely correct for an RE/RE2.

the front number plate is the original one and i do not think its ever been removed as the paintwork is original.the front number plate was painted black because the original reg was sold
