Frances Barnett info req'd
« on: June 21, 2008, 03:55:09 PM »
Hi all,

I have just aquired a 1955ish frances barnet falcon '74

It was left to me by my late uncle.

I need some info to get it ready for MOT and hoping someone can help.

I need a wiring diagram as lights dont work

Will I have any problem obtaining a V5 for it? DVLA have it on record having its first V5 issued in '82.

It runs, gos and stops. would really like to get this on the road!!

Cheers

Alun

Probably the best thing to do would be to join the Francis Barnett Owners Club?: http://www.francis-barnett.co.uk/

You should be able to get a wiring diagram here:
http://www.isdm.co.uk/villiersinfo/index.htm
They also supply parts for Villiers engines.

I should be able to help with a wiring diagram.
I believe your Francis Barnett ia fitted with a Villiers 8E engine (197cc) - please confirm?
Send me a PM with your e-mail address & I will send you a copy of the wiring diagram via e-mail.
