Honda 1971CB7504V cyl head conversion

Early in 1971 Piper Eng in England made 4V DOHC cyl
heads for the CB750KI to K6.
I seen these cyl heads at MTC Eng in the US in 1977
Ken Tipton was the US distributor.
Has any one seen these heads in England,and does anyone know if Piper Eng is still in business??????.
