re bike registration KL9715,Kent County Council have been very helpful,and have identified the bike as a raleigh,first reg. on3/9/25 to E.H.Cory of Ethelbert RD folkstone,It was one of a pair registered on the same day,the other being KL9714,toC.C.Houghton at the same address
