I have Triumph Tigress twin scooter with 6v det up.One set of points is sparking excessively.Ive swapped condensers and coils but still the same problem.What can cause this? Points gap is 15thou as spec.

Try swappig the condensers and see if the sparking moves acordingly. It's almost certainly the condenser.

Capacitors have a limited life span, and if they're originals they're long past it. I would suggest (if they are not brand new) that they've both had it, and the sparking on one set of points is down to crap on, or burning of, said points.
