Aitcha

Anyone know anything about these ?

I'm looking at bike 15k on the clock - I must admit I've

nothing bad about them

(I'm thinking of pottering around the local lanes on it)

I know it's subjective, but whats it worth MOT and ready to go?

Cheers for any replies

Hi

Very good bike now and well thought of in its day.  Great for the sort of riding you say you want to do.

Top ends have been known to give trouble on high mileage/thrashed/neglected machines. The secret with these bikes is to change the oil frequently. Othewise no problems.

Somepeople have managed to put XBR500 motor's in the frame.

Don't know about values but if you get a copy of Classic Mechanics or such like you can see what they are being advertised for.

Cheers
