I too, need help to find any information on a Frasncis Barnett.
I have finally talked my father into selling me the bike after him owing it for about 48 years.
The information I have is that it is either a 1928 or 1929 Francis Barnett model 19. It wasn't produced with a speedo. It has a 2 1/2 HP Villiers MK X1VA. Engine NO BNPE 3099. 198 cc rating. 2 Stroke with 1 fuel cap. It has a Albion gearbox ith a 6 volt generator which sits between engine and gearbox.
I live in New Zealand and would love to hear from anyone that could help me as I want to restore it to its original condition. I need to find out its original colour etc.
Yours on two wheels
Pam
