Is this a 1913 Yale?

Can anyone help Larry who has submitted this fantastic old picture to the galleries?  He believes it is a 1913 Yale but needs some help making sure...

Hi Nigel,
Larry emailed me this photo a month or so ago, and I'll stick by what I said in reply to him then:
"Nice to hear from you, and great to see the photo of your grandparents – a nice memory!
The bike is a Yale, built by the Consolidated manufacturing Company in Toledo, Ohio. I’m not sure of the exact date, but the 1915 model (the last!) looks pretty similar except for the exhaust which is a little different. Perhaps your grandfather’s bike is a year or two earlier, but hard to say exactly with so much of it covered up in the photo."
The photo of the 1915 model is attached.
No need to be worried about the pedal: there were pedals at the countershaft. On big twins these were used for starting the machine on the stand rathr than assisting on hills!
