hi i have recently buit a goldstar dbd34 my proplem is it is a real bitch to start when it does start it run fine get it nice and hot switch it off it will not start ,had mag rebuilt the same,got a new mr ii concentric carb still the same ???

I once had an early gpz that was a real bu**er to start but once running was the fastest around and all the problom was the tappets needed adjusting - it took a year to discover this but once the were done it started easier but was slower!
lack of use is a waste of a bike
you are not a biker if you don't use it
