Ballraces
« on: April 27, 2013, 02:59:40 PM »
I´ve got a lot of new old stock ball bearings for older British bikes, some still in the boxes greased, others were originally wrapped in a roll of 10 and we´ve only used a few off the roll. How would you feel about using 40 yearold British parts as against new Chinese ones, although some sizes will not be made now we´ve gone Metric?  PS, We had 10 inches of rain here thursday which is why I´m not in my shed.

I'd use them no problem, just as long as they were stored in the proper original packaging like grease-proof paper etc. Quality stuff.
