Don't know, possibly Ural as there is a couple of them in the background. I could be wrong as others made flat twins beside BMW (even Hardly Dangerous). Shame we cannot see the sign at bottom right of picture. Where was the pic taken?

I think it's a Zundapp, probably a K series 'Green Elephant' but that's the full extent of my knowledge!

Mmmm, don't think Zundapp has that engine shape or features ?

A more recent Ural seems more likely, possibly in older type frames ?
Could there be a clue in the russian-sounding name of the pics ?

A Zundapp does have the separate rocker boxes, also the plunger suspension features are the same. Some details are different from the "Green Elephant" which is why I was cautious about model identification!

there are a lot more brands in Russia than Urals......it may be something not exported......ive even seen pictures of a half baked Harley copy.....more of a larger Yamaha 250.

I'am very late and very very sorry. Please accept my best apologies. The source is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Plushev_-_IMGP2457.jpg the autor is Alexander Plushev (the mention is mandatory due to the license).  The location is the Ilya Sorokin's Oldtimer-Gallery.
