European and Other Bikes / 1953 terrot vsm1 scooter

just purchased a 1953 terrot vsm1 scooter and  was wondering where i can find a manual and parts for it
i live in the u.s. not much info here, ive torn the bike down to the frame and want to restore it.
any help would be great
