British Bikes / what Triumph bike is this ??

Hello
I recently found this picture of my father riding a Triumph bike but impossible to know what he is riding !! Picture is from around 1947 and taken in Holland. The logo indicates a 1932 or 1933 bike. (i hope you can open the attachment)
