Identify these bikes! / MV conversion - 350 to 420

Does anyone have any information on the conversion of 350B MV Agusta twins to 420cc?, which is what my bike seems to be. It has a square head and barrel - probably a race conversion. Many thanks.

The National Autocycle and Cyclemotor Club library will almost certainly have written info on Batavus, if that helps. Contact alan@magic-wheelers.org.uk who will get back to you. If you're not familiar with the club, check out  
www.thebuzzingclub.co.uk. You would be able to put a request for info in their mag.
