If It has the original rectifier or old fashioned one change it to a solid state version. It could be as simple as that and costs peanuts.
Is it blowing fuses ?

British Bikes / BSA B25

A mate of mine has a B25 which sometimes blows a fuse when he turns the ignition on and sometimes when he kicks it over. I had a similar problem with my Trident and it was the zener diode has anyone else got a possible explanaition ?

Just use old yellow dusters or alternatively wipe it off with old yellow dusters after a run. Oh and screw the cap on tight.
