Autojumble / Trailer Dynamometer for sale
« on: January 16, 2010, 12:20:01 AM »
Here is a second hand, self-made "inertia" motorcycle Dynamometer for sale. Software and data acquisition are from dynomec dynamometer : B1 dynamometer, A1 dynamometer, inertia dynamometer, chassis dynamometer

The trailer has a very robust build from 80x80x4, 80x40x4, 70x70x6, 30x30x3 and 60x40x3 steel tubing. The cover plate is made of 4 mm thick aluminum-steel sheets. Unfortunately, the trailer has no MOT. The pendant is 1 years old and in a very good condition. Has only ca. 30 km. Everything works fine. The axis is for 750 kg.

The tires are 155/70/13, VW.

The roller is made of steel St44. Diameter of 327 mm, and width 520 mm. It weighs 350 kg and produces an "inertia" of 4.62 kg * m 2 ^. In the middle of 250 mm, there is more rough area to provide a better grip. My T-Ace can achieve 128 hp in the 1st gear at full speed without sliding. Brake for the roller has been well-designed to stop it efficiently. It is operated with the left foot. The roller has been balanced and the protocol paper is available.

The bearings are 50 mm in diameter at the shaft, type RASE50 (SY50).

The length ranges from 148 cm to 200 cm, and can be adjusted for different motorcycles. The length is from the middle of the rear axle to the end of the front wheel.

A Laptop is also included, and COMPAQ Evo N620c comes with a bag.

The software is Dynomec. B1 software + hardware A1 (dynomec dynamometer : B1 dynamometer, A1 dynamometer, inertia dynamometer, chassis dynamometer ). A reserve sensor is included.

You also get a wideband sensor Lamba. The unit is one of 3E2 WBO2. The oxygen sensor has a homemade "exhaust sniffer".
