IF YOU ASK ME THE MK1 CONCENTRIC IS THE WORST CARB EVER MADE BY AMAL THEY ARE CRAP EVEN NEW THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEM HALF DECENT IS TO GET BRASS SLIDES HARD CHROMED AND GROUND TO SIZE
EVEN WITH A BRAND NEW ONE THE SLIDE IS LIKE A PEA IN A DUSTBIN  >:(

MINE IS A 65 MOTOR IVE BEEN TOLD THE T140 ETC TACHO DRIVE TURNS A MAGNETIC SPEEDO IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION
BUT MINE DID THAT AS WELL MAYBE IVE GOT THE T140 TACHO DRIVE ? AS I UNDRSTAND IT THE EARLY UNIT MOTOR HAD A ANTI CLOCKWISE REVCOUNTER AND LIKE YOU SAY THE CHRONOMETRIC SPEEDO WORKED OFF THE ELECTRIC DRILL IN THE FORWARD MODE SO MAYBE ALL I NEED IS AN UNIT TACHO DRIVE ?
ITS ALL A BIT CONFUSING :-\

if your just riding something like an m21 or similar then ok use cheapo oil but what if like me you like to ride your bike hard surely a better oil is going to work better what about classic racers ie manx and g50 and the like they use castrol r at £35 for 4ltrs i dont think they would last long on asdas finest :P

when the voltage drops below a certain level the pazon ignition will go to fully advanced hence kicking back and difficult starting recharge battery and try again

what condition are the carbs in if they are worn your never going to set them up satisfactory also what the book says is only a guide every bike is different also is the ignition system in tiptop condition.
