Ok , so here is what I know about this 650 BMW with sidecar. It was designed by the British( I'm guessing BMW is British ) and this design was sold to the Russians, who in turn sold it to the Chinese who built it.
It is owned by a tugboat captain who traveled all around the world buying it , I' m guessing in China. I can find out more tomorrow and get a few digital pictures to post. I'm located in Vancouver ,Washington, USA.
Thanks for posting your info on this , but it is a 650 unless I heard him wrong when he told me.
