It's times like these that I'm reminded of playing rugby and one aspect of that in particular. It was a shout that was used very sparingly so as not to diminish the effect that it had.
It was used when the team was battered, bruised and tired, when we were on our try line attempting to resist a power ply or indeed anywhere when it was perceived that the whole team needed to focus and lift our collective game to survive an onslaught or alternatively to drive a psychological attack on a team that we were trying to overrun.
It forced us all to face up to where we were in the game and succinctly got everybody on the same page pushing forward however battered we were. The effect was nothing short of inspirational.
That shout was "We Go From Here!".
