Hi guys , my Triton is a 1971 650cc by the engine numbers , on the V5 its a 750cc , i think its a morgo kit , is there anyway i can tell if its 750cc without taking the engine to bits ?

Up to now i have done about 120 mile this guy reckons it will take up too 200 and above for everything to settle down , cheers for the reply .

Any Z900 buffs out there !!!!!! i have just had my top end rebuilt new valve guides and new rings when i start it now it smokes quite bad but when its warmed up its ok , the expert who done my rebuild said this is normal till everything "beds" in has anyone else experienced this ?

British Bikes / Triton Starting

Hi guys i have a 1971 750 triton , it has a boyer ignition and mikuni flatslides , when it was running it had a good spark and the battery shows a good 12V , however now i cannot get her to start , the plugs are black , could it be a carb problem ? thanks guys .
