Not a recommendation as I've never used them myself, but the nearest Norton Commando specialist to you is probably FD Motorcycles?

However I've heard elsewhere that they can be fully booked months ahead for work. But they could be worth a try?

Try asking the question on
www.triplesonline.com
There are a few comando owners on there that can probably help. Just post as non triples related.

Or maybe post on the http://accessnorton.com/ (Jerry Doe Norton Commando) forum, as there are lots of Commando owners there!

:)Don't be put off by the cost if they do they job properly first time.I had a Speedtwin rebuilt by a cowboy and it needed doing again so cost me more than i wanted.
I haven't used any of the firms linked on here so i can't speak for them but do your homework, get some feedback and stick with people that do it properly first time.

cheers for the advice guys went and visited FD motorcycles yesterday and they are booked up for months 99% sure they are going to do my paint work at least. they walked me round thir new paint shop and the work looked great. it was a plesant change to find people who are still busy at work.
