Help GT550 petrol starvation?

1983 GT550 only firing on three cylinders. Pot 3 has very good spark but doesn't appear to be getting any petrol.
Is it likely to be blockage in carb? Don't want to strip down carbs and risk disrupting the whole setup if not necessary.

Any other suggestions or clever techniques to get sort out problem really appreciated.
