CB750 E but which model?

Dear All,
I have resued from a barn in Italy a CB750E.  It has cafe bars and seat. How can I identify which model it is?

Engine No. is CB750E - 2046896 and frame number is 2039165.

I've google these number and have only been able to date it to 1972, but not too confidently.

Help and guidance appreciated.

Unfortunately you didn't say where the Google info came from? But seems to agree with what I found, so it is probably a 1972 CB750K2 model.

I expect a Honda parts supplier should be able to verify that if you need to order any spares.
