CB400/4  Steering Lock

After recently purchasing a steering lock and keys (geniune Honda) through E-Bay and drilling out the old lock for which I didn't have a key, I find the new lock doesn't fit !! :o

The part number for the new one is 53600-230-004
anyone know what that part number would fit as it is totally wrong for the 1979 CB400 F2

Could anyone help with the correct part number please.  to fit the CB400F2.

According with the part listing I found, you should have purchased a HANDLEBAR lock which is part number 53600-382-671 It is available at http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/parts/by-part-number/partnumber_24988/

I have not found for which machine 53600-230-004 would be.
