Hi..all  ;) I wonder if anyone can help me find out what the motorbike and side car was that was used in the lovejoy tv show . Eric catchpole road a B.S.A with a wooden box for a chair in one of the series and I just loved the look of it so much I'm thinking of tracking one down. I ride a triumph at the moment but because of my health I need a bike with a chair .Hope you can help.

Why not fit a sidecar to your Triumph?

Thanks  L.A.B..for the pics and info on the beezer.
My Triumph is a 97 speed triple and I dont think it would like having a sidecar stuck on it ! Anyway I have a hankering for an oldish bike , I did have a triumph T bird many moons ago...man.. what that would be worth now doesn't bare thinking about. I suppose a bike like Eric Catchpole's in good nic would cost a fortune at todays prices . thanks again for the info  Baz

The cost of buying it would be nothing like the cost of getting it sorted and keeping it running.
 :)

Seriously a non-standard A10 with a homemade box on is not the most expensive as these things go.
