Can anyone identify the make & model of the bike and the sidecar?

Looks a bit ancient for 1930.

The bike is earlier than 1930. Very hard to see any identifying details. Could that be a Wanderer sybbol on the back of the sidecar?  The bike may possibly be a Victoria, but this is a bit of wild guess.
