hello, i have a question about an adler from the early '40s or begin '50s. Does anyone of you know what type and year it is? i would appreciate it if you could give me an answer. I want to know because the people on the photo are my grandparents.

Here is a a roadtest of a slightly later ? (1955) model than what your grandparents are on.

This was a very capable and very sophisticated 2 stroke twin for the time, something the Germans did very well.
Reportedly, Suzuki and Yamaha twins, amongst others were part copied from this very successful design.
Note that they ran for quite a few years, with a variety of minor changes and engine sizes even (there was a 200cc).
