Also does anyone know of a cheap direct replacement brake disc - rather than the cast iron one?

Is this disc for the standard Norton hub/wheel/forks?

Are you saying that you don't want cast iron?

Or that you just want a cheap disc?

Well, cheap goes without saying (! :D), but i was thinking of something modern that will fit the hub (its standard) as my disc has light surface rust on the disc, but is worse on the non-pad-contact part. It will do the job, but I just wondered about replacing it with something that won't rust quite so quickly!  ;D
Don't regret the things you have done. Regret the things you wanted to do, but never found the balls to do them.

Better quality discs (and complete brake kits) are available from the likes of Norvil or RGM etc. but of course they're not 'cheap'.
