Performance Triumph Build Pre-Unit
« on: October 29, 2006, 05:31:00 AM »
I am planning to build a Triton this winter-Plan to use a Pre-Unit power plant, which will have 750 crank-rods- pistons.  I am looking for a book on performance building of pre-unit. Also need advance on crankcase breathers mods

Triumph Tuning by Stan Shenton is a good read. I used a direct feed to the rocker boxes from the front of the timing cover and had the engine breathing through a tube welded to the back of the timing cover. Close up photos http://www.inventivestudios.co.uk/thebikeshed/55triton.html
